Refunds are applicable once your request has been approved by our team. Items must meet the conditions communicated during the return or claim process.

After approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

o    Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

o    COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be refunded via bank transfer, for which you will need to share your bank details.

·         Shipping Costs
If the refund is due to an error or defect from our side, we will cover the shipping charges. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.
